Services

Candid Reels provides content creation services including photography, videography, social media content, and behind-the-scenes coverage. All services are subject to availability and your acceptance of these Terms.

Booking and Payment

  • A booking is confirmed once a signed contract and deposit are received.

  • Full payment is required as specified in your contract before delivery of final content.

  • Additional fees may apply for extra services, travel, or extended hours.

Deliverables

  • We aim to deliver your content within the timeframe specified in your contract.

  • Content may include photos, videos, and edited clips, delivered via digital download or other agreed platforms.

  • Minor edits or revisions may be included; extensive changes may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property

  • All content (including videos, photos, and other media) created by Candid Reels remains the sole intellectual property of Candid Reels, even after delivery.

  • Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the content for personal use, including sharing on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and other social media, as well as for personal promotion or memories.

  • However, unauthorized resale, redistribution, or alteration of the content without prior written consent from Candid Reels is strictly prohibited. Clients may not use the content for commercial advertising, resale, or any use that implies ownership or credit to another creator.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate information and access to locations and subjects as agreed.

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for third-party appearances or venue use.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation policies will be outlined in your contract.

  • Deposits are non-refundable as per the terms agreed.

  • Refunds for completed work or services already rendered are not provided.

Liability

  • We take all reasonable care to provide high-quality services but are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, equipment failure).

Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time and without any notice. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
